My hair was dry and with minimal product on it. I used a least two good hands full of this products on my hair. My hair became soft instantly. My hair was so manageable, that I didn't have to stretch my hair to achieved this style. This product lived up to its claim of being non greasy. In this review, I give this product two thumbs up.
